The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Gopalpur P. S. Case No. 64 of 2013 registered under Sections 341, 323, 326, 307, 498-A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3 / 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Regard being had to the allegation that the petitioner and others poured kerosene oil and set the informant on fire as a result of which, she died in course of treatment, I am not inclined to grant her pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, her prayer for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
