The petitioners are accused in connection with Sare P.S. Case No.87/2015 registered under Sections 25(1-B)(A)/25(1AA), 26(2), 35 of the Arms Act.
The accusation is that in course of raid of the house of the petitioner by police, two semi prepared country made pistol and instrument in use of preparing the pistol, recovered from the house of the petitioner.
The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 09.09.2015.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1065 of 2016 (3) dt.18-02-2016 case, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Sare P.S. Case No. 87/2015. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J.) Amit/- U T
