====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 16-05-2019 Let the deed of compromise filed on behalf of the petitioner be kept on the record.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State as also the learned counsel for the informant. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Arwal Mahila P.S. Case No.19 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506 and 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code besides Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, pending in the court of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Arwal.

Learned counsel for the petitioner and the informant submit that on much persuasion, the petitioner and the

No.9052 of 2019(5) dt.16-05-2019 2/2 informant, who are husband and wife, settled their dispute amicably on the terms that the petitioner will pay Rs.8,28,000/- through demand draft to the informant and, thereafter, they will lead their life independently and they will withdraw all the civil cases and criminal cases pending against each other and file a petition for divorce on mutual consent. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that since the informant is personally present in Court, therefore, the demand draft bearing no.747270 of Rs.8,28,000/- dated 13.05.2019, issued by the United Bank of India, is handed over to her and the same is received by her. Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case and the aforesaid submissions of the parties, the provisional anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner, above named, vide order dated 15.02.2019 passed by a Bench of this Court is, hereby, confirmed.
