The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 354B of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution case is that petitioner being tenant in the same building wherein the informant is also a tenant opened the paint of eight years old daughter of the informant. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that from the FIR itself it appears that the informant is not an eye witness to the occurrence and since there was some petty dispute between the family members of the informant and the petitioner, the accusation has been levelled. Considering the totality of the nature of accusation, it is a case for consideration of prayer for regular bail. Case No.119/2015, pending before the learned CJM, Khagaria. With the above observation, this application is, accordingly, disposed off.
