During the course of Bahubhoj (reception) orchestra was organized wherein firing was made ultimately costing life of Sachin Kumar, son of the informant and so, FIR has been registered against unknown.
It is further evident from the further statement of the informant (para 10) that he has viewed the video wherefrom he found Rakesh Yadav, Ritik Kumar Singh (petitioner), Raju Yadav and Vishal Pandey being engaged in indiscriminate firing. From para 41 of the case diary (postmortem report) single communicating fire-arm wound has been found over the person of the deceased.

No.8532 of 2020(3) dt.01-06-2020 2/2 Consequent thereupon, the petitioner Ritik Kumar @ Ritik Kumar Singh @ Monu Singh is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Turkauliya (Raghunathpur) P.S. Case No.862 of 2019.
