The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No. 244 of 202 registered for the offences under Sections 302//34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the fact that the deceased just before death has taken name of all these accused persons, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Prayer for anticipatory bail is hereby rejected.
