This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

A country made pistol was allegedly recovered from the possession of this petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 21.06.2016.

The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, which would be evident from paragraph 3 of the bail petition. Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bochahan P.S. Case No. 83 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Sub Judge XI-cum-Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur, or successor Court after completion of nine months in custody.

One of the bailors shall be a resident of territorial jurisdiction of the Court below.
