Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 461/379/411 of the Indian Penal Code.

The F.I.R. of theft is against unknown. Name of the petitioner transpired in the confessional statement of coaccused. Petitioner is in custody since 22.11.2016. The petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent nor anything has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
