Petitioner is accused in connection with G.RP. (Bakhtiyarpur) P.S. Case No. 41 of 2016 registered under Sections 395 and 412 of the I.P.C.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. Neither he is named in the FIR nor anything has been recovered from his possession and only on confessional statement of a co-accused he has been arrested on 30.06.2016. Also similarly situated coaccused has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 5974 of 2017 vide order dated 30.03.2017. No.4195 of 2017 (4) dt.06-04-2017 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Railway Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with G.R.P.
