For issuance of appropriate writ in nature of certiorari for quashing the Notification issued by the respondent no.2 and 3 i.e. Regional Manager and Branch Manager of Bank of Baroda, published in daily News Paper dated 02/02/2022 whereby and where under the immovable property of the petitioner has been put on auction sale on 17/02/2022 for recovery of loan amount to the tune of Rs.82,86,497.81/- under Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002. (Annexure-4) B. For a direction to the respondents to furnish all documents and details of the loan account and insurance."

In view of the fact that Debts Recovery Tribunal is

Patna High Court CWJC No.3216 of 2022(2) dt.20-04-2022 2/2 now functional, learned counsel for the petitioner, under instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take recourse to such other appropriate remedies, as are otherwise available, in accordance with law. Permission granted.

As and when any such request is made by the petitioner before the Tribunal, the same shall be considered and decided expeditiously.

The petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.

Interlocutory application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
