2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, on the inducement of this petitioner, informant gave Rs. 10 lacs to the accused persons for purchasing their land, but thereafter neither the land was registered nor they returned the amount.

4. It is submitted that co-accused Lalit Kumar Singh, who allegedly took Rs. 10 lacs from the informant has already been granted the privilege of anticipatory bail by this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 05.09.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 57756 of 2023. Petitioner is only alleged to have induced the informant. He next submits that dispute in question is purely civil in nature and petitioner claims clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Ara Nawada P. S. Case No. 1136 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
