The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case he is granted a liberty to file representation before the respondent no.7 and the respondent no.7 may be directed to dispose off the representation of the petitioner within a specified time frame.

Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioner shall file

Patna High Court CWJC No.15930 of 2018 (2) dt.19-09-2018 2/2 representation before the respondent no.7 regarding his grievances raised in the writ petition within a period of two weeks from today and the respondent no.7 is directed to dispose off the same within a period of twelve weeks thereafter, considering the judgment passed by this Court dated 29.07.2004 in C.W.J.C. No.8333 of 1999.

The writ petition is disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
