JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 17-01-2018 After some arguments, counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be allowed to file memorial under Rule 853 of the Bihar Police Manual before the Government against the impugned order whereby punishment of withholding of one increment for six months with non-cumulative effect which is equivalent to one black mark has been awarded against him.
With the liberty aforesaid, the application is disposed off. Counsel for the petitioner submits that he will file the memorial alongwith copy of this order within a month. If the same is done, the authority would be obliged to consider and dispose of the
