JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-01-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 341, 323, 324, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under section 27 of the Arms Act.

The prosecution case is that the petitioners resorted to fire on the informant side for a petty dispute. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that there is counter version of the occurrence. The informant has retracted from his earlier version and filed a petition before the learned court below (annexure-2). Statement has been made in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2576 of 2016 (2) dt.18-01-2016 2/2 paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

The aforesaid facts constitute grounds for consideration of the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners by the learned court below in case the petitioners surrender within six weeks from today in connection with Nokha P.S. case No. 82 of 2015 pending in the court of learned SDJM, Sasaram.

This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
