The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Amnour P.S. Case No.166 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that in the morning of 16.08.2018, the petitioner, all of sudden, gave the knife blow at the chest of the son of the informant. When the informant rushed to save, then he was abused and the petitioner gave threatening to implicate them in rape case.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in fact, the petitioner and the informant are Gotiyas and both are residing at the same house. Due to petty matter, the occurrence

No.10798 of 2019(3) dt.15-05-2019 2/2 of "Maar-Peet" took place between the parties in which the petitioner also sustained injury regarding which on the basis of the written report of the petitioner, Amnour P.S. Case No.191 of 2018 under Sections 341, 323, 324 and 379/34 was also instituted against the informant and others. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender by her within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on her furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Amnour P.S. Case No.166 of 2018, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
