Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove the defects within four weeks. In the eventuality of nonremoval of defects within undertaken period, the office will place the matter before the Bench.
The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 21.12.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 7550 of 2020 to the extent of extending the period of surrender. On the grounds mentioned in the modification
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10656 of 2022(2) dt.30-03-2022 2/2 application, the period of surrender is extended by six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in connection with Complaint Case No. C2451/2018, pending in the Court learned S.D.J.M., Motihari, East Champaran, subject to deposit of sum of Rs.2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand) in the Victim Compensation Fund.
The order dated 21.12.2021 is modified to the extent as indicated above.
Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
