1. Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
2. This application has been filed for modification of the order, dated 19.12.2024, passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 83843 of 2024, whereby the present petitioner has been granted privilege of anticipatory bail subject to the condition that the petitioner shall surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of the order.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to prolong illness and ear surgery of his son petitioner remained busy and could not surrender within the stipulated time,
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11008 of 2025(2) dt.21-02-2025 2/2 accordingly, he prays for further two weeks' time to surrender before the Court below.
4. Having regard to the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, let the time granted by this Court to surrender before the learned Court below by order, dated 19.12.2024, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 83843 of 2024, be extended by further two weeks from today.
5. Accordingly, this application is allowed to the extent indicated above, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs. 2,000/- in the account of District Legal Services Authority, Patna.
