The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 395 of the Indian Penal Code.
The F.I.R. is against unknown. During the course of investigation it revealed that the petitioner was seen near the place of occurrence on the date of occurrence.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner is in custody since 24.10.2016. However, there is no other material against the petitioner.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Barharia P.S.
