JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 07-03-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 47(a)/53(b)/53(c)/57 of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

Eight bottles of foreign liquor was allegedly recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 23.09.2016 and has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the period already undergone by the petitioner, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief
