1. Heard the parties.

2. The petitioner preferred this writ petition with a prayer that he should be paid the outstanding dues of Rs. 75,564.51/- incurred on mid day meal project by him for the period from December, 2012 to 04.03.2013.

3. Learned counsel submits that the amount was not released and he has incurred the expenses by taking loan.

4. This Court find that it is a case where the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.15562 of 2018(2) dt.12-09-2022 2/2 is claiming some amount as outstanding dues and disputed question which cannot be decided in writ petition. The same is accordingly dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file proceeding before the competent Civil Court.
