The present application has been filed praying for modification of the final order passed in M.J.C. No. 3695 of 2014 with regard to the removal of the defects.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has made his submission accepting that it was due to the laches on the part of his office that the earlier direction as contained in the M.J.C. No. 3695 of 2014 could not be complied. It has been stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that all the defects now stands completely removed on 04.01.2016.

After considering the submissions and in view of the averments made in the modification application, the time granted by earlier order dated 29.4.2015 is extended by 04.01.2016.

Patna High Court MJC No.125 of 2016 (4) dt.07-09-2016 The modification application stands allowed.
