2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CWJC No.795 of 2016 dt.16-10-2017 2 / 2 petitioners prayed that the writ petition be disposed off with liberty to the petitioners to move before the State Appellate Authority against the order dated 05.10.2010 passed in Case No. 1225 of 2010 by the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Samastipur.

3. Learned counsel for the State does not object.

4. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off with liberty aforesaid.

5. If an appeal is filed before the State Appellate Authority within four weeks from today, the same shall be considered and disposed off on merits, expeditiously and within the statutory period.
