JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-02-2020 This application has been filed for modification of order dated 20.11.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 58684 of 2019 by which, the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail and the petitioner was directed to surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of order. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner could not surrender within the stipulated time, as the petitioner was out of station in order to earn his livelihood. In view of the aforesaid facts, six weeks further time is granted to the petitioner to surrender before the court below. Accordingly, the order stands modified to the above extent.
