Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(A) of Bihar Prohibition Excise Act, 2016. Taking into consideration that neither petitioner was caught on the spot nor anything was recovered from his conscious possession, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Mohania P.S. Case No. 516 of 2016.
