JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 21-11-2022 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though the petitioners are entitled for payment of compensation but the award has been made in the name of old raiyat. A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the State.

Learned counsel for the State is directed to serve a copy of the counter affidavit upon learned counsel for the petitioner by tomorrow.
