JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-06-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 414,353,307,332,333,504,506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 25(1-B)(a), 26,27 and 35 of the Arms Act. There is allegation of firing from country made pistol on the informant. However, nobody sustained fire arms injuries. Petitioner's name has figured during course of investigation in confessional statement of co-accused who was arrested on the spot. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of
