2. This writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:

(I) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus, commanding and directing the respondent authorities to declare the petitioner as donor member of Sant Kabir Mahanth Vidyanand College, Fatuha, Patna (hereinafter S.K.M.V.

College) which is recorded in minutes of the Governing Body and also in the relevant documents such as 'Donation and Subscription Register' of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.3053 of 2024 dt.19-03-2024 2/3 college.

(II) For a direction to the respondent to induct the petitioner as donor member of the Governing Body of the college. Since one Ram Naresh Das has neither donated land or cash to the college rather mere on the reason that he was once became Mahanth of Sant Kabir Math Fatuha, inducted as donor but the fact is that he is no more Mahanth of said Math and moreso donorship is not inherited right.

(III) For issuance of any other appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions for which the writ petitioner shall be found entitled under the facts and circumstances of the case.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this writ petition is squarely covered by its order dated 24.11.2023 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 19340 of 2021.

4. In such view of the matter, petitioner is directed to file a fresh detailed representation before the Registrar, Patliputra University, Patna (respondent no.2) along with all supporting judgments and documents within a period of four weeks and the respondent no.2 is well advised to consider the case of the petitioner after affording opportunity of personal

Patna High Court CWJC No.3053 of 2024 dt.19-03-2024 3/3 hearing or through his counsel and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law as earlier as possible within 12 weeks thereafter.

5. It is made clear that respondent no. 2 shall be solely liable for non-compliance of this order within the stipulated period.

6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ application stands disposed of.
