JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 27-03-2019 This modification application has been filed for modifying order dated 24.07.2018 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 42749 of 2018 by which learned counsel for the petitioners submits that by mistake application on behalf of the petitioner no. 1 has been withdrawn on the ground that he has been arrested but as a matter of fact, petitioner no. 2 was arrested and later on he was released on bail however he was granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 24.07.2018 by this Court. In such view of the matter, order dated 24.07.2018 with regard to grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner no. 2 is recalled as he has already been granted regular bail as reported by learned counsel for the petitioners.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14626 of 2019(2) dt.27-03-2019 2/2 So far petitioner no. 1 is concerned, in view of facts and circumstances, he may file a fresh application for anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
