2. The petitioner, who was appointed as a Clerk in the Government on 23.08.1979, has superannuated on 28.02.2010 after serving the department for about 30 long years. It is the case of the petitioner that he has not been paid the benefits of the 1st and 2nd ACP and the MACP to which he is entitled.

3. Representations which have been preferred by the petitioner before the concerned authorities have gone unheeded.

4. Under the aforesaid circumstances, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the petitioner to make a fresh representation before the Chief Engineer, Sinchai Srijan, Water Resources Department, Gaya (respondent no. 2) within a period of four weeks, who on receipt of which, shall, after verifying the facts, pass a reasoned order in accordance with law within a further period of six weeks thereafter.

5. With the aforesaid direction/observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
