On perusal of the pleadings on record, it appears that it is purely contractual dispute, which the petitioner has raised in the present proceeding under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

We are not inclined to entertain this writ application seeking relief as noted above. The petitioner shall however be at liberty to pursue its remedy before appropriate authority/forum in accordance with law. This application stands disposed of accordingly.
