2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 107/ 2023 dated 18.03.2023 registered for the offence(s) punishable under Section(s) 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 337, 338, 302 and 307 of the IPC.
3. Heard both the sides and perused the FIR as well as the orders passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 39926 of 2023 and 63603 of 2023.
4. In the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the petitioner's the pleas that altogether 14 accused persons, including the petitioner, have been named in the FIR but against him there is no specific allegation and one similarly
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9454 of 2025(2) dt.14-02-2025 2/2 situated co-accused, Krishna Mushar has been granted regular bail by this court vide order dated 17.07.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 39926 of 2023 and the petitioner has fair and clean antecedent and he has been languishing in jail since 07.05.2024, in my opinion, it is fit case for grant of bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be released on bail in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 107/ 2023 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/-( Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
