The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, it is stated that the five named accused persons including the petitioner herein came variously armed, started to make a demand of Rs.2,000/ for the repair of their motorcycle which had met with an accident with the wall of the informant's house, they looted gold ornaments etc. and as a result of a shot fired by Ajit Yadav, it is stated that the daughter of the informant's neighbour Dinesh Yadav was

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. The allegations are general and omnibus in nature. No specific overt act is alleged against this petitioner. Co-accused have been enlarged on bail vide order contained in Annexure-2 series to this petition. The petitioner is in custody since 10.12.2020 and has no criminal antecedent.

Heard learned A.P.P. for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with S. Kamal P.S. Case no.379 of 2017 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate V, Begusarai.
