It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that though she has discharged the duty on the post of Anganwari Sevika, remuneration since 4.8.2007 has not been paid. Prima facie, claim of the petitioner appears to be farfetched and raised after long delay since the writ petition has been filed in the year 2014. Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn attention of the Court towards the pending representation made by the petitioner in 2012-15.
Stand of the respondents is that the final decision and claim of the petitioner is under consideration and will be concluded
Patna High Court CWJC No.19303 of 2014 dt.17-07-2018 2/2 shortly and if she is entitled to payment, the same would be made. In view of the aforesaid stand taken by the respondents in the counter affidavit, no further order need be passed.
Respondents, however, shall communicate the final decision to the petitioner and pay whatever is found admissible to the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
The writ petition is disposed of.
