The petitioner is an accused in connection with Muffail (Singhaul O.P) P.S. Case No. 213 of 2014, registered under Sections 302/34 of Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of Addl. Sessions Judge-VI, Begusarai.
The accusation is that petitioner along with Rajnish Singh, Rajesh Singh and Rakesh Singh shot fire at the son of the informant, who died on the spot.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is in custody since 11.07.2014.
