The petitioner has filed this writ petition for a direction to the Bihar Waqf Tribunal, Patna to dispose of his petition filed under Order 39 Rule 1 & 2 as well as the petition under Section 10 of Code of Civil Procedure filed in Title Suit No. 04 of 2017 in the court of the Chairman, Bihar Waqf Tribunal, Patna.

Having considered the facts aforesaid, this writ

Patna High Court CWJC No.14573 of 2018 (2) dt.01-10-2018 2/2 petition is disposed of with a direction to the Bihar Waqf Tribunal, Patna to dispose of the petitions of the petitioner within three months from the date of receipt of this order after hearing both the parties.
