Petitioners are accused in connection with Khjouli P.S. Case No. 81 of 2016 registered under Sections 395 and 397 of the I.P.C.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR shows that the informant is not an eye-witness of the occurrence and has lodged the case on the basis of information by his wife and daughter. The FIR also shows that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioners. Also the petitioners are in custody since 20.06.2016.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8409 of 2017 (4) dt.08-04-2017 2/2 case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Madhubani in connection with Khajouli P.S. Case No. 81 of 2016.
