The present writ petition has been filed for quashing the notice dated 30.01.2022, issued by the Circle Officer, Nathnagar, District-Bhagalpur, whereby and whereunder the petitioner has been directed to vacate the encroachment made by him over the land appertaining to Khata No. 607, Plot No.616, situated in Ward No.21, CircleNathnagar, District-Bhagalpur.

2. After some arguments the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition.
