The petitioner is in custody in connection with Riga P.S. Case No. 104 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been remanded in the instant case on the basis of confessional statement in Riga P.S. Case No. 219 of 2018. He further submits that petitioner is in custody since 22.9.2018 but till today, he has not been put on T.I.P.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has remained in custody for nearly about five months and he has not been put on T.I.P., the Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing
