JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 28-02-2020 Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 322 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)(a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Allegation is of recovery of one country-made pistol and cartridge and apart from that petitioner is accused in four other cases.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that after his remand he has been made accused in two cases and earlier to that he is accused in only two cases and he is in custody for more than six months.

Heard learned APP also.

In view of above facts and circumstances, let

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8758 of 2020(2) dt.28-02-2020 2/2 petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Sikarahna at Dhaka, East Champaran, in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 322 of 2019 on the condition that after his release he has to appear before police station of his local area in second week of every months for a period of six months, so that police may watch his activities and if his active involvement is found in such type of cases in future, prosecution is at liberty to move for cancellation of his bail bonds. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Superintendent of Police, East Champaran at Motihari for needful.
