The following reliefs have been sought for by the petitioners in the present writ application.
"1. That this writ application in the nature
Patna High Court CWJC No.14861 of 2018 (2) dt.20-08-2018 2/2 of Mandamus is being filed for issuance a direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioners in the light of judgment of Hon'ble Apex Court in case of Mukesh & Anothers Vs The State of Bihar and Ors (reported in 2017(5) SCC 383) for grant of regular pay protection/suitable relief of regular protection to the petitioners, for which the representations of the petitioners are still pending before the respondents for kind consideration. This writ petition is also being filed for other reliefs as well."
It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the case of the petitioners is squarely covered by the order passed by another Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 8963 of 2018 dated 11.05.2018.
The respondent no. 5, the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Samastipur is directed to examine the case of the petitioners in light of the order passed in C.W.J.C. No. 8963 of 2018 dated 11.05.2018 and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.
With the aforesaid observations and directions, the present writ application stands disposed of.
