JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 07-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Taking into consideration that petitioner could be remanded in this case after eleven years of the occurrence, particularly, in the circumstance when he was named in the first information report and other accused had been granted privilege of bail, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail, at least, at this stage and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Sultanganj P.S. Case No. 514 of 2004 pending in the Court of Shree Sanjay Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna City, stands rejected.
