In the facts and circumstances of the case, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Banking Ombudsman, Reserve Bank Building, Gandhi Maidan, Patna may be directed to look into the grievance of the petitioner as contained in Annexure-4 to the writ application and pass an appropriate order thereon within a reasonable time.
Learned counsel for the State has no objection to the
Patna High Court CWJC No.4591 of 2019(2) dt.19-07-2019 2/2 same.
In the given facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the Banking Ombudsman to look into the grievance of the petitioner as contained in Annexure-4 to the writ application and pass an appropriate order thereon within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
