1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. The petitioners have preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Raghopur P.S. Case no.144 of 2022 registered under sections 302, 504, 506, 147 and 148 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the informant states that the eleven named accused persons along with 5-6 others came shouting that they would kill the informant and the members of his family and resorted to assault. Thereafter on halla being raised, it is stated that all of them escaped. Soon thereafter the informant found that his father has been killed.
4. Learned Senior counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13495 of 2024(2) dt.12-03-2024 2/2 case. From the F.I.R. itself, it would transpire that the informant is not an eye witness to the actual occurrence. The allegations are general and omnibus in nature. Co-accused Umesh Yadav has been granted bail vide order dated 22.2.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. no.8627 of 2024. The petitioners are in custody since 5.9.2023.
5. Heard learned A.P.P. for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the allegations in the F.I.R. being general and omnibus in nature, the petitioners being in custody for 6 months since 5.9.2023 and grant of bail to the above named co-accused Umesh Yadav, the Court directs both the petitioners to be enlarged on bail in connection with Raghopur P.S. Case no.144 of 2022 on each of them furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Birpur, District Supaul.
