2. The petitioner seeks bail in Sheikhpura P.S. Case No. 251 of 2015 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The police lodged the FIR with the allegation that a dead body was found on Matokhar Dah Canal Road near "Nata Bridge". It is further alleged that the deceased had been shot by unknown persons and the dead body had been thrown to conceal the crime.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nobody is named in the FIR. During investigation, in the supervision note the petitioner was named as member of mob.

5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
6. Considering that the petitioner is in custody since 17.10.2025, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura or his successor in connection with Sheikhpura P.S. Case No. 251 of 2015.
8. It is made clear that any observation made herein is prima facie in nature and limited solely for the purpose of adjudication of the present bail application. Such observations shall not be construed as an expression on the merits of the case and shall not influence the trial or any other proceedings in ssany manner.
