JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 26-07-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State as well as the Bihar Sanskrit Shiksha Board.

2. The grievance of the petitioner in the instant case is non-payment of matric trained scale.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has acquired the degree of Madhyama and as such he has become eligible for grant of matric trained scale but the respondents are not taking any decision on the claim of the petitioner one way or the other.

4. Under the aforesaid circumstances, the petitioner is directed to file a representation along with a copy of this order before the competent authority and the competent authority is required to pass appropriate order on such representation either granting matric trained scale or giving reason for rejecting the same. Final decision in this regard must be taken by the respondent-Secretary of the Board within a period of four months from the date of filing of such representation.

5. With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
