1. Heard the Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the Learned counsel for the respondents.

2. The Learned counsel for the petitioner has fairly conceded that Annexure-3 is an appealable order and therefore, he seeks permission to prefer an appeal against the order.

3. The Learned counsel for the petitioner is

Patna High Court CWJC No.15572 of 2018(2) dt.11-07-2025 2/2 permitted to prefer an appeal within 30 days from the date of receipt of this order. In turn, the appellate authority shall liberally consider the limitation aspect as the Writ petition is filed in the year 2018 and shall pass an appropriate order considering the merits of the case within three months from the date of preferring of appeal.

4. With the above said observation, the Writ petition is disposed of.
