JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 25-02-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 412/2018, for the offence under Section 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. In the instant case the police on suspicion arrested Sahjad Ansari with motorcycle and when the police asked him to produce the document of ownership of the motorcycle he did not produce. The police suspected the motorcycle to be stolen one. The co-accused Sahjad Ansari later on disclosed the name of this petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 06.11.2018.
