JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 07-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. According to the prosecution case itself, it was coaccused Bhim Singh, who gave dagger blow to the deceased Kaushal Kishore Singh and so far as petitioners are concerned, they are said to have assaulted Sunaina Devi and Brind Singh. Both the above stated injured are said to have sustained simple injuries.
Accordingly, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Masaurhi at Patna in connection
