The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Supaul P.S. case No. 505 of 2016 instituted under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted that the allegation, in brief, is that the Rs. 45,000/- cash and a motorcycle was robbed from the informant and one co-accused Md. Shakeel was apprehended who disclosed the name of his other associates including this petitioner and police only recovered 8 notes of Rs. 500/- denomination and neither the petitioner was put on TIP nor there was any mark of identification on Rs. 500/- notes and he has also got no criminal antecedent.

No.1342 of 2017 (3) dt.08-02-2017 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, namely, Munna Kumar be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in connection with Supaul P.S. case No. 505 of 2016.
