In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Ben P.S. Case No.115 of 2019, registered for the offence under Section 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 8/12 of the POCSO Act. Allegation has been made against the petitioner to have kidnapped the daughter of the informant for the purposes of marriage.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the victim girl has already married to a person of her own choice and at present she is pregnant. He further submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and she is a lady.
